Jon was born & raised in New Mexico and Rich has been in New Mexico since 1980. Unlike some firms that practice here, we don't have our main office in another state. We only practice in New Mexico. If you have lost income, we will obtain the proof needed to recover those sums, even if you used sick leave or personal time. Our goal is to recover all losses that you have incurred.

We are not afraid to file suit if the offer to settle is not fair. While most of our cases settle before the need to file suit, sometimes it becomes necessary to use the courts to obtain a judgment that will fairly compensate you for your losses. We are admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts to protect your rights.
